1. Definitions

1.1 - ‘Buyer’ means the person who buys or agrees to buy the goods or services from the Seller;
1.2 - ‘Conditions’ means the terms & conditions of sale and services set out in this document and any special terms and conditions agreed by the Seller;
1.3 - ‘Installation Premises’ means the address specified by the Buyer where any Goods and Services are to be installed;
1.4 - ‘Installation Date’ means the date specified by the Seller when the goods are to be installed;
1.5 - ‘Goods’ means the articles which the Buyer agrees to buy from the Seller;
1.6 - ‘Price’ means the price for the Goods and/or Services;
1.7 - ‘Seller’ means Jason Mills, Oakhill Farm, Swinderby, Lincoln, LN6 9QG or any other person acting on behalf of Tek-head;
1.8 - 'Computer Services' means any work carried out in connection with computer equipment and related software.
1.9 - ‘Services’ means any work not covered by Clause 1.8 carried out at the Installation Premises by the Seller or any other person acting on behalf of Tek-head;
1.10 - ‘Completion’ means the time at which the Seller has provided all the Goods and/or Services as agreed with the Buyer.

2. Conditions

2.1 - Any Product Specifications advertised by the Seller are those specified by the manufacturer and not guaranteed by Tek-head;
2.2 - All Goods remain the property of the Seller until the price is paid in full by the Buyer;
2.3 - All orders shall be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to purchase Goods and Services pursuant to these Conditions;
2.4 - Acceptance of any Goods and/or Services at the Installation Premises shall be deemed conclusive evidence of the Buyers acceptance of these Conditions;
2.5 - All Goods installed are covered by a manufacturers 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated;
2.6 - All Computer Services are covered by a 30 day warranty unless otherwise stated;
2.7 - All other Services are covered by a 6 month warranty unless otherwise stated;
2.8 - The Seller is not liable for any loss of data caused or flowing from Services provided;
2.9 - Should the Buyer require the password for router settings this must be requested in writing. This request invalidates the warranty offered in Clause 2.6;
2.10 - All travelling to customers within 10 miles are at normal costs. Any visits further than this may be subject to a 45p per mile charge. This will be confirmed when ordering.

3. Price & Payment

3.1 – Tek-head is not VAT registered;
3.2 – The Buyer shall pay to the Seller the total Price of the Goods and Services on Completion;
3.3 – The Seller will only accept cash or cheque with a valid guarantee card as a methods of payment;
3.4 - Orders for Goods over £200.00 require a 20% deposit payable at the time of ordering. The balance to be paid on Completion.

4. Aftercare

4.1 – Any problems experienced by the Buyer in relation to the Goods and Services provided within the warranty period will be solved free of charge as long as the fault lies with the Goods and/or Services provided;
4.2 – The Seller reserves the right to charge a fixed call out fee of £40.00 for the first hour and £20 per hour thereafter should the problem fall outside of the Sellers control;
4.3 – Should the Seller exercise his right in clause 4.2 all monies payable are due on Completion.
